MORNIN' GLORY BLUES

Artists go mad,
Because:
They are ridiculed for painting
Alone,
Or sculpting,
Or drawing,
Or molding
God knows What,
Spending good money on scribbling,
When they should be helping
The poor--
Of whom they frequently are,
Knowing full well that
After
Their deaths
They will be
Saved
And
Sold
And buried in an ornate grave.
